Shipping and delivery time
Für unsere B2B-Kunden gibt es die gleichen Versand-Konditionen wie im B2C-Shop - natürlich mit Priorität wenn es schnell gehen muss.
Versand und Bestellabwicklung:
- Nach Bestelleingang dauert es 1-5 Tage bis wir versenden.
- Wir bearbeiten die Bestellungen in der Regel an zwei Tagen pro Woche – meistens montags und freitags.
- Versendet wird erst nach Bezahlung!
- Es gibt keinen Expressversand - auch nicht auf Anfrage.
- Alle Artikel sind auf Lager – außer es steht auf der Produktseite ausdrücklich etwas anderes.

Packaging, pallet, size, weight
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Schliersee (postcode 83727, about an hour south of Munich).
📦 Parcel shipping
Our standard sizes are:
- Small box: 30 × 20 × 10 cm – approx. 5 kg
- Medium box: 40 × 30 × 15 cm – approx. 15 kg
- Large box: 50 × 40 × 15 cm – approx. 25 kg
👉 For orders weighing 25 kg or more, we usually split the order into several parcels. Why?
Because a surcharge of around £20 applies for orders above this weight. Several smaller parcels are often cheaper and easier on the back of the parcel carrier.
🛠️ Over 50 kg – pallet shipping
We also ship large orders over 50 kg (gross) on pallets, depending on the destination and service provider.

Express delivery? Sorry, not with us.
Even though our website looks fancy, the team at TheTreehouse.Shop consists of only 2.5 people with small children and other jobs. We always do our best and are reliably there for you – but at our own pace.
That means: We pack and ship twice a week, usually on Mondays and Fridays.
